The menu
au gré des saisons…
The menu changes according to the season’s products, but you will find traditional Burgundian dishes, such as œufs meurette, snail poêlon, beef bourguignon, but above all our specialities of local Charolais meat that we grill over the embers in our fireplace. From the starter to the dessert, including the chips, everything is home-made with fresh products.
